SourFunk's fine taste in music weaves a rich tapestry of sounds with a funky heart at its core. His artistic journey began at an early age, spurred by deep creative roots. Vaibhav S Narayan, a true experimentalist, eventually found his way to Funk, Disco, and House under his mentor Stalvart John's guidance, paving the way to his current moniker, SourFunk.

His diverse and eclectic music taste is ever-evolving and not bound to genres. Over the last four years, he's graced venues across India and left his mark on major festivals like Vh1 Supersonic, Pune (2023), and Magnetic Fields Festival, Alsisar, Rajasthan (2019 and 2022).

Even during the challenging times of the pandemic, SourFunk remained committed to his audience, engaging them with his monthly podcast, 'Disco-lated Shoulder.' Beyond being a DJ, he's an Assistant A&R, Social Media Manager, and a vibrant member of Dynamite Disco Club.
